Voice products and services

Our voice products include the Voice Engine from Global IP Solutions (GIPS), which we have acquired to deliver more value and quality to our customers. The voice solution is already complete, since there is no need to buy other supporting applications. The GIPS quality is worldwide recognized leader in voice and video delivering for IP networks – approved by Google that bought this company in May 2010, highlighting the importance of voice and video communications.

Telco 2.0 Framework

ComunIP, in partnership with Takenet, is exploring Telco 2.0 concept. Through the Tangram/Takenet framework with ComunIP´s voice, video and chat platform, we can offer a wide range of voice and data services, besides to establish new business models. Via SMS, our  users can make calls, conferences, call broadcasting services and improve call center resources. Our idea is to create even more intelligent and integrated voice services, taking advantage of each communication mean.
